Villa Machiavelli

This place is just too amazing. They say it was the home of the Machiavelli family (and really he was maligned, he was simply chronicling the times). It also says that this villa somehow bears the hand of Michaelangelo and Vasari, though I am not sure what hand did what. It makes me wonder what it would take to create a new Renaissance. I wonder what if anything from today will survive into the future as these artists and luminaries have -- the molto bene wife
