This was a fun project for a favorite client. They kept a pied-a-terre in Chicago for work, situated right in the heart of the Gold Coast. We used a lot of LusterStone on this project to turn the space into a jewel box, using the reflective properties of the finish to give it a glowing look that changed colors throughout the day and night. Another reason we went with LusterStone was the client wanted an Art Deco vibe. This is a good finish to use in situations like this because the product stores really well and it was easy for us to go back and use the original material to do an additional space. Also spots, dings and nicks are easily washed off or sanded off without having to refinish.
