Over
the years our clients have often asked if we could recommend other
tradespeople. Why? Because we did very good work and really took care
of our clients. People figure that if you operate that way, then you
probably know and associate with other tradespeople of a similar like
and kind. And that actually is a pretty good statement – water
seeks its own level both ways.
Per
surveys we have done concerning contractors, the following are some
of the points that are necessary to be a “Molto Bene” contractor:
- Punctual and keeps appointments once made
- Honest
- Clear and concise bids
- The contractor keeps in regular communication with the clients and is involved with the job, not just seen at the initial sell and to pick up a check
- Any problems arise the contractor is accessible
- Job is kept neat and clean
- Clean, knowledgeable and friendly employees
- And of course quality and pride in the work performed.
